Above prices are for print ready adverts. If the client
would like us to design the Advert there would be an additional
R 350 on the above price per advert.
Cost
for Design in Artists Features insert
To avoid repetition we would expect your advert to be changed
every 3 months
For Artists Feature Adverts we would reduce the cost to
R 100 per Ad design update
With Artists features - due to the size of the advert no
proof would be sent back to the client. The design would
follow a specific in-house brand, as well as proofed.
Deadline
for Artwork
Design ready artwork must be sent to Art Life by the 15th
of each month
Adverts that need to be designed the artwork must reach
the Newspaper by the 12th of the month prior to its publication.
The newspaper goes to the printers on around the 22nd of
each month.
Artwork
for your ad
Forward your advert text, logo, images (300dpi resolution)
to art@arttimes.co.za
Alternatively post photographs etc. to: GAI PO Box 15881,
Vlaeberg, 8018.
Payment
terms
Please Note: All Payments for advertising to be made prior
to the publication going to print
Artist and Gallery Features must pay for the 6 month upfront,
before any advertising goes to print
Disclaimer
- We would not be responsible for any sent clients artwork.
If the client would like their artwork returned they need
to send a return address and postage paid envelope
- The Publisher reserves the right to reject any artwork
that they deem unsuitable for the Art Times.
- All efforts will be made to publish the Newspaper in the
last week of each month, however publisher takes no responsibility
on the SA Art Times being printed late and its implications
to the enclosed adverts. The paper would be printed and
distributed in the first week of each month.
